Superfans - Walking stairs requires work. Your muscles contract stronger, breathing rate increases, heart rate elevates, and you work up a proper sweat. This effect doubles when you see me waiting at the top of the stairs wearing nothing but a WW mesh skirt and tube top. There I am exposed and ripe for the taking.
