Welcome to BikiniFanatics ("the Site"), operated by Manica Media S.L. ("we", "us"). Creators warrant that they own or are licensed to publish everything they upload and that every performer is a consenting adult whose age and identity have been verified.
3. Purchases, tokens and memberships
Certain content and features require payment (tokens, unlocks or a membership). Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, purchases of digital content and tokens are final and non-refundable once delivered. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time through your account or our support desk.
4. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Sharing
We share personal data only with the processors that run the service on our behalf (hosting, CDN, email, payment and age-verification providers), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to erase your account, use your account settings or contact our support desk.
Policy DMCA
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our support desk that includes: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the material you claim is infringing; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

Upon account creation, creators are first asked to provide two photos - one of their official government-issued ID and another of the creator holding that same ID. These photos are manually verified by a moderator. Creators are also asked to provide a set of photos so we can match them with the photo on the ID.
All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this Site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was created.
The records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for materials contained in this Site are kept by the Custodian of Records. Any content that is exempt from 18 U.S.C. 2257 - for example depictions made before the statute's effective date, or that do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct - is retained as a matter of policy.
