Sweetness·2 years agoI've been running less and lifting more to try to put on some muscle, especially in my lower body. At my age I know how important it is to be strong and keep muscle as we start to lose muscle mass starting around 30 years old, and I'm now 44. Here's a glute and quads workout I did in my home gym. It was 3 to 4 sets of each exercise, with a superset of the abductions with the gray band and deficit sumo squats. My butt and legs really felt the burn and I was sore for a couple of days. I love it! I warmed up with some outdoor yoga prior to this (not shown, but I'll share some pics in another gallery), then went in my sauna for recovery afterwards.

VibrationalSnobs·2 years agoThis is from Halloween album, truth is that when we go to the beach I always love.to have fun dancing without caring of anyone... At the end we are wanting to get the most of the experience and for many my presence on the beach is one the best moments of their day.

Sweetness·2 years agoHere's a video of me doing part of one of my go-to yoga videos from GaiaTV, "Flexibility For The Future." It's a longer video than the one I shared of me in my crotchless panties. This time I'm wearing my Microminimus Brighton plaid with sheer micro.
It was a beautiful fall day! And with all the stress and what's happening in the world, I decided to do a quick lunchtime yoga practice to help relax and feel more centered. Try this practice with me, if you like. Then repeat the movements, going through the poses a little faster, the second time. End lying on your back with arms at your sides in a corpse pose.

VibrationalSnobs·2 years agoLately I've been practicing to my move my booty and I was also practicing how to move my dress so I can show a bit of my booty but not that much... Specially when I don't use underwear..
But this dress is all or nothing want to show a bit but the dress wants to show more... That same thing happened in the disco... Nice right?
