I've been doing a lot of self- care lately and thought I'd share this quick kundalini flow that I did this past weekend. I was really pressed for time, but I still wanted to get outside and doing something quick to get my blood flowing. So I started with a 5-minute pilates ab workout, which included a set of pilates 100, then I went into this 3-minute kundalini for energy. Start off on all fours and inhale; then, as you exhale, go up into downward dog. Or, if you want a little more challenge, start in upward dog and go up into downward dog. Repeat for 3 minutes and see how you feel. I know I felt energized!
